Front Desk/Customer Service Representative

Part-Time Customer Experience Front Office Team Member Ohio Sports Academy is seeking a part-time customer experience front office team member to work occasional evenings & Saturday afternoons. The Front Office job duties include: Answering incoming phone inquiries Welcoming customers and guests Handling class enrollments Receiving payments Replying to email inquiries Respond to inquiries about classes and programs Light cleaning, including straightening a small pro shop area and making sure restrooms are fully stocked and tidy, and other related duties We have the following shifts and times available: Monday: 4:00 - 8:30 Thursday: 4:00 - 8:30 Fridays: 4:00 - 8:30 Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm Monday and Friday 8:45 am - 4:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm Weekdays 8:45 - 1:00 or potentially 1:00 - 6:00 - Some Saturday afternoons will be required.
