The SLP collaborates closely with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families to promote optimal outcomes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing therapy servicesAssess and manage dysphagia and recommend appropriate dietary modifications Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and facility standards Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required We are an equal opportunity employer.
