Educate clients on policies that prevent financial disaster during times of loss
Manage your own book of business through virtual appointments - Use our proven internal blueprint and warm leads—NO COLD calling necessary

Set and achieve aggressive personal and team goals.
Use tracking systems to monitor metrics and growth benchmarks.
Participate in incentive contests, team challenges, and leadership summits.
Tech savvy and understand how to operate zoom calls
Entrepreneurial Ownership
Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
Must have valid work authorization in the US
Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Life, Health, & Accident License (Assistance provided in obtaining this state license)
