Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy across various client demographics, focusing on creating tailored treatment plans that align with clients' needs.

• Utilize a billing service to streamline operations, which includes handling claims, managing client accounts and insurance receivables, and conducting benefit eligibility checks.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Proactively schedule and manage ongoing appointments, keeping an organized calendar to facilitate continuity of care.

• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting therapeutic approaches to effectively work with different clinical presentations and challenges, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Client demographics span all age groups, providing our therapists with the opportunity to work with different life stages and therapeutic needs. The role involves engaging with clients who may be experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, and other significant life transitions, particularly within the context of hospice care.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Currently licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
