Locums NP - General Surgery Position in California

Job Responsibilities Work 3 days per week, 6:30am – 4:30pm with 8 guaranteed hours each day Manage 12 patients per shift Inpatient hospital setting Trauma‑surgery role with no operating‑room involvement Requirements Minimum 2 years of hospital clinical experience in general surgery Experience managing 12 patients per shift Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range: $70–$90 per hour Health, vision, dental and 401(k) retirement benefits Competitive base compensation Paid malpractice insurance 24‑hour access to consultant and support team Transportation and housing expenses covered Rates shown are all‑inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with potential earnings such as overtime, call and holiday pay.
