Business Office Clerk/Scheduling - Surgery Center (PRN)

The Bethlehem Center for Specialized Surgery is looking for a PRN Business Office Clerk to join our team!!

Schedule for this position is 2-3 days per week on a as needed basis, 7am-3pm. Hours could potentially increase based on the needs of the business.

To provide support to administrative office staff assuring a smooth departmental workflow. Responsible for performing daily tasks such as scheduling, sorting mail, answering phone and routing incoming calls, filing, copying, data entry, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal. Relieves office staff of clerical work, and minor administrative and business detail.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in the business office setting or
related field required.
• Experience in healthcare field, or combination of work experience and education
in medical terminology and medical office procedures preferred.
• Externships may be applied as work experience
