We are growing a new management and leadership teamDewitt Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is ready to lead from the floor, develop a high-performing team, and help shape the future of our hospital.This is not just a “management” role — this is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about building a positive, growth-focused culture.The Technician Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, elevating medical standards, and developing the technician team.You will work closely with hospital leadership to ensure:Strong clinical workflowsConsistent training and skill developmentA collaborative, respectful team environmentHigh-quality patient care and client experienceResponsibilities and Qualifications:A strong veterinary technician with leadership experience or readiness to step into leadershipPassionate about teaching, coaching, and developing othersOrganized, solution-oriented, and confident in decision-makingAble to balance team support with accountability and performance standardsComfortable navigating change and helping teams adapt (especially with new systems and workflows)A positive, “let’s figure it out” mindset with strong communication skills3+ years of veterinary technician experience requiredPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong technical skills (surgery, anesthesia, patient care, workflow coordination)Knowledge of compliance standards (controlled substances, medical documentation, etc.)Experience with PIMS and other veterinary software (EzyVet, VetSnap etc.) is a plusCompensation and Benefits:Up to $30/hourly, based on experienceEligibility of a sign-on bonus up to $1500 based on experienceCompetitive benefits package (health, dental, vision)Paid time off + holidaysCE allowance and growth opportunitiesOpportunities for advancement within a growing organizationAt AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
