POSITION SUMMARY:

Develop and execute internal and external communications supporting healthcare policy, advocacy, payer relationships, revenue cycle, and payer contracting initiatives. Partner with operations, physician leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare and policy topics into clear, audience-focused communications. Support communications for patients, clients, payers, policymakers, and healthcare organizations, including CMS and HHS. Assist with communication planning, strategy, content development, and execution while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities. Support emerging initiatives related to Mosaic AI, healthcare advocacy, and policy while contributing to broader Brand Experience team goals. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Three or more years of professional communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience developing and executing communication strategies and initiatives. Excellent storytelling and content development capabilities with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting corporate or professional services communications, organizational change, employee communications, or marketing communications preferred with up to 10% travel as needed. COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
