Responsibilities Equipment and systems products by troubleshooting problems, resolving problems, interfacing with vendors for in‑warranty returns, installing software and entering resolutions into the Service Now Ticketing system. Repair laptops, desktops, and workstations. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer peripherals. Ensure security compliance adherence for infrastructure as per customer requirements. Manage assets inventory at the office, update the Assets Database tool, handle asset salvages, receive and ship assets for end users, and stockpile inventory at the depot. Manage and maintain SLA on the tickets. Provide flexible weekend/holiday support and be ready to travel to support any nearest office location. Be onsite during business hours; no work‑from‑home. Qualifications Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support. Compensation & Benefits The expected compensation for this role ranges from $25,000 to $50,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
