Our client is the world's largest intimates' specialty retailer offering a wide assortment of modern, fashion-inspired collections including signature bras, panties, lingerie, casual sleepwear, swim and athleisure, as well as award-winning prestige fragrances and body care. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities: 3-4 years in a Design role/experience preferred. This can include an internship. Fluency and proficiency in the use of a Mac, Adobe Creative Suite programs, and Figma. Strong creative production, organization, and design skills. Highly organized and self-motivated. Experience creating playful, compelling animations and videos for digital sites and platforms. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Quick, independent thinker and resourceful problem solver. Willingness and excitement to learn. Seeking a long-term commitment and the desire to keep growing. Ability to work quickly and manage changes in a fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of designing in Figma. Personable, with great communication skills and a positive attitude. Self-motivated and independent thinker—looks for ways to help instead of waiting to be told. Excellent attention to detail. Desired Skills, Experience, & Abilities: Previous fashion experience is preferred. WordPress experience a plus.

Job Overview: Will support the site and app team in digital concepting and creative production for upcoming fashion seasons. The candidate should be excited about the brand and have a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Organization and initiative are important, as is the ability to work quickly in a team environment.

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities: Concepting responsibilities include designing through a forward-thinking lens and creating campaigns for the upcoming fashion season. Support in executing comps/ideas/mocks for weekly and/or leadership presentations. Creative production responsibilities include bringing pitched concepts to life and/or helping execute already concepted campaigns under the supervision of the Art Director. Creative production is fast-paced and executes on a daily/weekly timeline for the current fashion season. Checking live site and app creative to validate that creative was set up as it was designed. Designing elevated, relevant seasonal creative that fulfils the brief requests for launches, promotions, and everything in between. Updating creative to reflect the latest status in a fast-moving landscape. Building relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners and effectively communicating when there are questions or changes. Ensuring pixel-perfect production and delivery. Maintain Figma component libraries to ensure they're up to date with design language and live site specs. Production duties: Create files, folder structures, prototypes, and share links for final creative. Work and talk to developers and designers – knowledge of web development/standards/jargon. Understand how to use Chrome developer tools to ascertain CSS info and troubleshoot.
