Job Title: Permit Technician

Provides clerical and administrative support for development-related issues such as land use and zoning, regulatory enforcement, data management and research. Work is performed under limited supervision with moderate latitude.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; specialized coursework in general office practices; two or more years of clerical experience; experience in development or construction permit office preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification or obtain within one year of employment.

Insurance benefits include:
