BJ Nagle State Farm Agency is seeking an organized and motivated individual to support our insurance sales and service team and assist in building strong customer relationships. As an Insurance Account Associate , your attention to detail, dedication to customer service, and eagerness to learn will prepare you for a versatile role that blends administrative support with sales experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the agency in meeting business goals through agreed-upon duties and sales support
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance solutions
• Support sales producers by managing administrative tasks and helping with client communications
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop insurance sales skills
• Build relationships with clients using qualified leads (provided—no out-of-pocket cost for prospecting)
• Shadow experienced agents to learn sales techniques and client management
• Contribute to the team’s success through effective communication and collaborative work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Motivated self-starter eager to learn, grow, and pursue a career in insurance sales
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses and master agency systems
