Massachusetts Licensed Operations Coordinator

To maximize the productivity of the Navicare Outreach team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Operations Coordinator will provide sales and marketing support, develop presentations, facilitate outreach events, and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver presentations to various target audiences, including community organizations and healthcare professionals Coordinate outreach activities and maintain communication with internal departments to resolve member issues and support sales opportunities Generate reports and maintain documentation related to marketing campaigns and sales activities Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience Current Driver's License and AHIP Certificate Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is preferred Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid services, marketing, and enrollment policies Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in sales and customer service
