Join Our Healthcare Team as a Physical Therapist
Our organization is looking for a committed Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will assess and provide treatment for patients facing a variety of conditions, crafting personalized rehabilitation strategies aimed at enhancing function, mobility, and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough evaluations of patients.
- Designing tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educating patients and their families about treatment processes.
- Documenting patient progress meticulously.
