Needs Investigator: Partner with Branch and Regional Leaders to diagnose gaps and provide targeted, high‑impact training. Resource Hub Builder: Curate our DE&I Google Site with monthly observances, educational resources, and fresh perspectives. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: The Foundation A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred. Must be able to become and remain 100% bonded. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your Track Record 3 to 5 years of related experience in a financial institution. 2+ years of supervisory experience (leading others to greatness!). Proven Sales Experience: This is a must! You know how to close the deal and teach others to do the same. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: The Insider Edge Deep "insider" knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and field of membership.
