Job Location: Wayzata, MN (Hybrid 3days onsite 2 days remote)
Job Duration: 12 Months on W2 Shift: Standard business hours
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter Lv3 to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a leading global organization. This role requires a strategic and consultative recruiting professional who can partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both agency and corporate recruiting environments, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, execute sourcing strategies, and leverage labor market intelligence to drive hiring success. This position will focus on full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, compliance, stakeholder communication, and recruitment strategy execution.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and improve quality of hire.
- Conduct recruitment strategy sessions and provide labor market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques and networking strategies.
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and labor laws.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Utilize market data, recruiting metrics, and hiring trends to support talent acquisition decisions.
- Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders to execute hiring initiatives.
- Support and lead internal talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a functional recruiting specialist within assigned business areas.
- Mentor and support recruiters within the recruiting function as needed.
- Handle complex recruiting challenges independently while escalating only critical issues.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience working in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience utilizing recruiting tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting for Digital or Technology-related roles.
- Experience utilizing labor market data and recruiting analytics.
- Strong sourcing and pipelining expertise.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior recruiters.
