Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• BLS

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• No on-call requirement
• Documentation system: Meditech & Redoc
• Equipment used: Acute Care- Portable equipment
• Procedures performed: Evaluations and Treatments
