You will lead engineering teams that support planning, scheduling, financial forecasting, execution tracking, and delivery transparency across the technology portfolio.As a Software Engineering Manager, you will partner closely with Technology, Product, Program Management, Finance, and Enterprise Change to ensure that planning and execution platforms are reliable, scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise delivery standards.Responsibilities:Lead and develop multiple engineering teams responsible for application development, configuration, integration, and platform support.Oversee the talent management of engineering talent, including recruiting, mentoring, and enabling a culture of learning with a focus on engineering craftsmanship. Foster technological innovation, ensuring adoption of current trends, capabilities, and practices emerging in the market.
