Job Summary Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee and manage primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will act as the primary care provider, ensuring overall health and well‑being, with a dedicated full‑time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) supporting you. The role offers professional growth, potentially evolving into a Medical Director/Attending Physician leadership position. Responsibilities Act as the primary care provider for residents in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management. Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care. Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing ongoing medical conditions. Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care. Requirements Board‑certified physician with experience in primary care and long‑term care (LTC). Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and mentor NPs and PAs effectively. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand, walk, or work on your feet for up to 6‑8 hours per day.
