Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly + Commissions
• Includes Commission Pay - Revenue Based on generated leads for equipment sales that converted and on self sold equipment sale job
• $25 and $50 review bonus Referral Bonus / Customer Review Bonus
• Top Earners Make $180k - $190k Annually!

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• Occasional Saturdays
• 8 Hour Shift / 40 Hours Weekly

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience servicing and repairing HVAC units
• Must be able to handle a physical workload, including lifting and working in confined spaces
• Estimating and Quoting ability for accurately pricing services and presenting options
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Undergo a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to assist with diverse team communication

Core Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and efficiently repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a residential setting (heat pumps, mini-splits, water heaters, IAQ accessories)
• Inspect, perform equipment repairs/replacements, and conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Discuss system malfunctions, clearly explain repair options, and recommend maintenance or improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency
• Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures on every job site
