About the job Electrical Foreman
Join a dynamic and innovative construction team that leads in the
- Plan, manage, and execute electrical projects in multifamily residential buildings.
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians and other construction professionals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with other construction team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Inspect electrical systems and plan maintenance routines to ensure longevity and compliance with national and local codes.
- Handle the documentation necessary for electrical projects, including compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and team members, promoting continuous improvement and learning within the team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, specifically in the multifamily sector.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams in a construction environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
