Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification, along with preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
