- 10+ years of industry experience with demonstrated business impact from technical solutions.
- Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex technical solutions from problem definition through implementation.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- Machine Learning;
- Artificial Intelligence;
- Optimization;
- Physics-Based Modeling;
- Activeuser of AI-assisted development tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Claude) for coding, debugging, documentation, and prototyping.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams spanning Data Science and Software Engineering.
- Experience delivering production systems, deployed models, or shared technical solutions.
- Strong technical decision-making, solution architecture, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical projects to non-technical business audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technical work.
