Start / Facility Instructions Compliance Requirements: Lab appointment, DocuSign documents, and badge photo must be completed within 1 week of contract signing. Allied clinicians in roles that do not require licensure at submission must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprinting. Modules: Modules are completed pre-start and renewed annually. Up to 16 hours of modules are non-billable. Non-clinical module hours are fixed; clinical module hours may vary by specialty. Module access and login information are provided prior to start. Orientation Day 1 Expectations: The first day of the assignment is a virtual, at-home orientation day. Travelers must check for and complete any assigned modules on Day 1. The client maintains strict module deadlines; all required Day 1 modules must be completed by 4:00 PM CST.
