What You'll Do Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

What's Required High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire What You'll Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills Competence with a variety of computer applications Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families What Makes You a Great Fit Your passion for working with children with special needs, along with a commitment to building strong relationships and making every session engaging and enjoyable. Your collaborative spirit and willingness to work with a team Your flexibility when adapting to each child's unique needs Your strong communication skills and comfort partnering with families and BCBAs to support each child's progress You can support the following work schedule: Weekdays evenings and Saturdays from 8 am - 1 pm or 9 am - 2 pm. Scheduled as needed based on clinic needs and client demand.
