Warehouse Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced in domestic and international shipping, including customs documentation and procedures.
Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse organization and maintain accurate inventory records
Manage daily shipping and receiving activities
Fulfill, pack, and ship daily supply orders
Package machines for freight shipment, including placing them on skids and securing them with straps
Process shipments using UPS WorldShip
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Prepare and review international shipping documents, including commercial invoices and customs documentation
Work with shipping carriers and customs brokers to address clearance issues and ensure shipments meet applicable requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
Experience with inventory management
Experience with shipping and receiving
Familiarity with UPS WorldShip
Experience with international shipping and customs documentation
Experience with packaging, palletizing, and preparing freight shipments
Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse setting
Dependable, organized, safety-focused, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate a forklift
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow
