Position Details:
- Type: Evaluation Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: up to $25/hr
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Organize and manage case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court officials as needed
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and compiling trial notebooks
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Previous and recent Paralegal experience is required
- Associate's degree in related field is required
- Must be an intermediate to advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Spanish
