Deposition and motion practice experience, including drafting pleadings/motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing deadlines and case schedules. Superior legal research and writing skills. Must be admitted to practice in California. What You’ll Do: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management. Draft compelling motions, legal briefs, and discovery responses. Collaborate with and learn from a team of seasoned litigators. Work closely with clients and build strong, professional relationships.
