Resident Care Associate - Weekends, All Shifts

Position Summary We are currently recruiting for hospitality focused Caregivers to join our team at Clarendale at Indian Lake. This position provides direct care to residents and assists them with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meals. The role primarily supports Memory Care during part‑time weekends. Pay range is $17 to $18 per hour pending experience, with a weekend shift differential. Report residents’ behavioral changes and developments. Provide daily reports to the charge nurse and incoming shifts about community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs. Deliver care according to the resident’s care plan. Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services and coordinate with nurses for personalized care. Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience preferred but not required. Willingness to be available for all emergencies regarding the community. Pass a drug screen, TB skin test, and background check. If you are a CNA with an active license and over 1 year of CNA experience, you may qualify for our Med Tech program. Upon completing the class and state test, you could earn significantly higher hourly wages.
