Recruiting Coordinator / Contract / Onsite / Fairfield, OHOur client, a leading global industrial and manufacturing company, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator! This is onsite 5 days a week, in Fairfield, Ohio.In this role, you will support recruiting and hiring activities by reviewing candidate applications, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer and onboarding activities. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate the hiring process, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate recruiting documentation.
