Law Firm Corporate Paralegal working with a sophisticated, top tier law firm. Opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large, reputable law firm but a position that is like an in-house role within the firm! This is a unique opportunity as it is an all-encompassing role with lots of exposure and visibility, offers hybrid and work life balance, and the opportunity to get further exposure and trained on more sophisticated legal, corporate, finance, and compliance work. This is a resume builder role.
Responsibilities include:
- Transactional and contracts - drafting/revising/reviewing contracts
- Working cross-functionally with the GC, Finance, Practice Groups, and Conflicts
- Ability to research effectively
- Finance
- UCC
- corporate governance
- Cap tables
- entity management
- Regulatory compliance
- Insider trading and AML/KYC projects
- Work with internal and external clients
