RESPONSIBILITIES: Willingness to engage in consistent confident, engaging needs-based sales conversations with relevant questions, that lead to appropriate insurance solutions. Strong follow up on quotes and customer inquiries within same day bus day in order to close, or possess strong follow up Represent the agency at community events and support local brand growth Ability to build a center of influence, network of contacts, to create referrals for prospective customers Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments Travel outside the office to network with business professionals Brand the agency and yourself on social media websites. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses - Assist customers with payments, policy updates, and general service needs, proactive in problem solving Ability to set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of insurance transactions and other responsibilities. Maintain consistent accurate records within our database of every customer interaction.
