Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Join a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to helping individuals regain independence following injuries or illnesses. Our focus is on providing customized rehabilitation programs tailored to the specific needs of patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. We strive to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a rehabilitation or related setting preferred.
• Associates degree in nursing or higher.

Schedule

This position offers a schedule from 18:30 to 07:00. Weekend hours are required.
