Assistant Project Manager – Multi-Family

Location: Cleveland, OH

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 + bonuses

Overview

We are urgently hiring a driven Assistant Project Manager to oversee multi-family construction builds. In this highly autonomous role, you will take ownership of project timelines and serve as the core link between ownership, design teams, and the field.

Core Responsibilities

Drive Progress: Develop, monitor, and maintain accurate construction schedules.
Multitask: Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently without dropping the ball.
Collaborate: Communicate clearly and effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen.

Requirements

Multi-Family Expertise: A strong background specifically in multi-family construction is essential for this role.
Minimum 5 years of overall hands-on construction experience.
Self-starter mentality: You take initiative without waiting for directions.
Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
