Join the Meg Ryan Insurance Agency, Inc. team as a Customer Service Representative and help people feel confident when it matters most. In this role, you’ll create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, guiding policyholders through updates, and serving as a trusted point of contact. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate policy information
• Help customers with policy changes, renewals, and updates
• Support the claims process—helping customers take the next step and following up until it’s resolved
• Keep thorough, organized records of customer interactions and requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred (but a willingness to learn and serve is essential)
