We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support families, answer questions, and help keep our front desk running smoothly. As a key member of our team, you will assist with class enrollment, process payments, communicate program information, and ensure every customer feels welcomed and supported. This position offers an opportunity to strengthen your communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills while making a positive impact in a family-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
• Assist families with class enrollment, schedule changes, and account updates
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Learn and navigate scheduling and payment software
• Communicate program information and policies clearly
• Support check-in procedures and facility organization
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Assist with training sessions, special events, and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, retail, or administrative experience is preferred
• Experience in a youth program, school, or recreational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with the public
• Ability to learn scheduling and payment systems
• Available to work two to three shifts per week during peak hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Applicants under 18 must obtain working papers

We offer Same Day Pay via Clair. Pay is $16 to $19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This is a year-round, part-time position.
