As a Shower Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, showering, and grooming Provide supportive care to residents, promoting independence and dignity Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Requirements Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care #J-18808-Ljbffr
