Channel Marketing Analyst – North America Located in our downtown Denver office, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career at our global headquarters. Key Responsibilities Support the development of compelling content to generate demand for Gates products and services, utilizing a variety of digital and traditional marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with product management, application engineering, sales development, training, field sales, our in‑house creative agency and channel distribution partners. Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, events, and brand awareness efforts. Write, edit, and create content for integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with channel strategy. Content may include playbooks, sell sheets, brochures, email campaigns, social media, internal memos, landing pages, display ads, and more. Support customer relationships in alignment with sales initiatives; this may include supporting tradeshows and other events, maintaining customer portals, coordinating product promotions, and more. Assist in operational implementation of campaign activities, including working within email and social media marketing platforms. Research industry trends and market factors. Analyze campaign performance and organize analytics reports. Communicate effectively, professionally, and promptly with external customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate project tasks with cross‑functional team members to support execution of comprehensive, high‑quality, on‑time projects. Work within defined global tools and processes to ensure strong communication between teams. Qualifications BA/BS required, preferably in business or marketing. 2‑4 years of experience in marketing or communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of the key principles of marketing communications. Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects with guidance. Team‑oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills. Resourceful, well‑organized, and responsible, with an interest in learning about Gates product solutions and the markets we work in. Experience using marketing and/or design software preferred (Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo Engage, Sprout Social, Workfront, Ceros). 10‑15% travel.
