Group Practice Engagement Manager

Leading SAP-driven growth initiatives, the full-time Group Practice Engagement Manager will be responsible for expanding business opportunities and relationships within the Communications, Media, and Technology sector, particularly focusing on Semiconductor clients, while working remotely across the US. Key responsibilities: Drive strategic growth of the SAP CMT portfolio and expand existing business bases Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals in a centralized SAP overlay model Collaborate with industry sales and client partner teams to shape innovative solutions aligned with client outcomes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, with consideration for relevant experience in lieu of education 14+ years of validated experience in sales, relationship management, or account management 9+ years of experience selling SAP solutions in a client-facing role, especially within Semiconductor or CMT industries Proven track record of creating net new pipelines and leading revenue growth Strong existing SAP ecosystem network and experience building relationships with CXO-level clients
