Project Manager / Infrastructure

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide project and program management support and assistance to the Information Technology Cyber Security organization at the facility. This position will work closely with technical organizations across Information Technology and Transmission Services to coordinate, and facilitate Cyber Security projects from inception to conclusion. Collaborating closely with, and under the guidance and direction of the facility Portfolio Manager, the PM in this position will work with project teams to draft project plans, facilitate and coordinate project activities, and track, monitor, and provide detailed reporting for multiple designated projects. This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 2 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $75.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred. 10 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree. 14 years of direct work experience is required without a degree or a non-applicable bachelor's degree. Experience must include project management of full lifecycle OT/IT Software, OT/IT Hardware, Data Integration, Telecom and/or Network Infrastructure related projects, developing technical specifications and project plans for medium-to large-sized projects. Service Desk or Operations and Maintenance (O&M) experience will not meet project experience requirements. Advanced skills with MS Project to include fundamental operation, function, and workflow of MS Project regarding timelines, dependencies, project expectations, milestones, and resources. Demonstrated ability to manage OT/IT Software, OT/IT Hardware, Data Integration, Telecom and/or Network Infrastructure projects, and/or Applications Integrations projects in accordance with industry project management principles. Expert at supporting the full lifecycle of projects through the IT Systems Development Lifecycle. Expert at eliciting information from stakeholders, documenting and communicating, including via Project Plans, Functional & Technical Specifications, Schedules, Resource Plans, Budgets, and Presentations. Demonstrated experience with expert-level communication and customer service skills to advance assigned project(s) forward in a large agency environment with multiple stakeholders. Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required. Preferred Skills: Experience delivering projects with Cyber security and/or compliance requirements (ex: NERC-CIP, FISMA and NIST). IT project and program management experience within an Information Technology or Operational Technology environment. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
