Quick Facts Location: Minneapolis, MN Start Date: 11/16/2026 End Date/Duration: 02/15/2027 Shift: 3x24-hour days (07:00 - 07:00), with flexibility for 12-hour shifts Hours/Week: 36 hours/week Employment Type: Temporary, ongoing Licenses/Certs: MN license or IMLC, BLS, Board-certified in Ob/Gyn Experience: High-risk obstetrics, trauma I or II preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $5,779.80 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do Provide high-risk obstetric care, including labor and delivery management Assist with cesarean sections and other obstetrical procedures Co-manage pregnant and postpartum patients, including high-acuity cases Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and ICU teams Cover for urgent OB needs and emergencies in a Level II nursery setting Support high-risk patient management and delivery planning Ensure documentation and coordination using Epic/Obix systems What You Need Valid MN medical license or IMLC (if no MN license) BLS certification Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Trauma I or II experience preferred Ability to manage high-risk obstetrics in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a leading obstetrics and gynecology team providing specialized high-risk pregnancy care at a prominent Minneapolis facility.
