Qualifications Must have a people first mentality; “Fast Friendly Service with a Smile”. Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers. Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions, making change, and calculating discounts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attention to detail and the ability to organize and arrange merchandise effectively. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with operating cash registers or POS systems is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
