As a remote, full-time Named Account Executive specializing in Higher Education, the candidate will manage relationships with educational institutions, demonstrating the value of Salesforce products and assisting clients in achieving their objectives. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with Higher Education clients Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience, ideally with Higher Education customers Ability to work effectively within a team in a matrixed environment Strong execution focus and a belief in the company's mission Technical ability to address customer data challenges and build trust Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
