Security Architect – Privileged Access Management Devoteam is a leading consulting firm that helps clients leverage technology for their business goals. Job Description As a Privileged Access Management Architect you will work with Devoteam team members and clients to develop and enhance current PAM solutions, focusing on operational, process and resource efficiency. You will play a key role in designing and implementing customized PAM solutions that integrate with existing platforms, including provisioning, de‑provisioning and application authentication. Responsibilities Architect and design PAM solutions that integrate with new or existing platforms, including provisioning, de‑provisioning and authentication application integration. Support transformational projects that integrate privileged access management, governance and privileged identity to provide a holistic identity solution across employees, suppliers, and customers. Analyze and understand each client’s specific business principles and requirements to design tailored solutions. Provide guidance on a systematic approach to meet requirements within the client’s budget and timeframe. Continuously improve and innovate our Privileged Access Management solutions offering. Collaborate with the Cyber Trust team (50+ people in Belgium) and client business and technical employees to capture, discuss and verify cyber risks. Work flexibly on‑site at the client’s office, at Devoteam’s Zaventem office, or remotely. Report to the practice manager for development and career guidance. Qualifications Knowledge and implementation experience in the design, engineering and deployment of Privileged Access Management solutions, ideally on CyberArk (PAS Suite, CPM, PSM, AIM, CCP). Solid technical knowledge of MS Windows and Linux: AD, IIS, Windows Security. Good understanding of security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access Management space: Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, PKI concepts and SIEM solutions. Awareness of Information Security frameworks: Data Protection Act, EU GDPR, PCI‑DSS, SOX. Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, cyber security or relevant work experience in IT security (preferred). Information Security certifications are a plus. Passion for cyber security, strong communication and analytical skills, team player, self‑starter, customer‑focused, and fluent in Dutch and/or French with good English.
