Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan, policies, and procedures of the facility.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Take vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

• Assist with mobility and transfer of residents.

• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Document care provided and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.

Requirements :

• Must have a current LNA license in the state of New Hampshire.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Have proper immunization records.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions from licensed nursing staff.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
