Registered Nurse - Home Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a home care position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant experience in home care. Experience with OASIS and Epic is required for this role. The nurse will be expected to conduct 25-30 visits per week. This will include a mix of start of care and revisits. Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
