RECOVRY is seeking a results-driven Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about manual therapy and excited to collaborate with physical therapists and recovery specialists. This role will cover both of our premier locations in Garden City, NY 11530 and Huntington, NY 11743 and is ideal for someone who wants to expand their clinical skill set, build long-term client relationships, and be part of a luxury recovery brand that values excellence.

At RECOVRY, massage therapy is a critical part of a larger recovery and performance system. We work with active adults, athletes, and high-performing professionals who take their health seriously and expect exceptional care.

Duties:

• Deliver high-quality 25 and 50-minute massage sessions including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish techniques
• Assess client needs and contribute to individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery, injury prevention, and performance goals
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment space after each session and at the end of each shift
• Complete all required intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes in compliance with NY state regulations
• Educate clients on recovery strategies and encourage consistency of care

Requirements:

• Valid NY State Massage Therapy license or certification
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience preferred (eligible for elevated compensation)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and soft tissue systems
• Ability to build rapport, retain clients, and contribute to a premium client experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within an integrated care model
• Computer literate, ethical, and detail-oriented
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Job Type:

• Part-time
• Full-time also available

Pay:

• $$75 per 50-minute session
• $17 per hour for non-session work
• Bonus opportunities available
