Duration of Appointment Year-round Maximum Scheduled Weekly Hours 1 Job Description Summary Responsible for leading all aspects of the program’s visual and digital storytelling. This role plays a critical part in shaping the team’s identity and online presence through photography, video production, graphic design, and comprehensive social media management. Working closely with the coaching staff, student-athletes, and athletic communications, the director captures and creates content that highlights the day-to-day life, competition, and culture of the RedHawks Women’s Basketball program. This includes attending all practices, lifts, and games — both home and away — to ensure consistent and engaging coverage. Job Description Essential Duties Designing graphics for game days, recruiting, events, and team announcements Work assignments are completed under close supervision. Procedures are well established.
