Estamos contratando Operadores con experiencia en Cherry Picker / Montacargas de Pie para apoyar las operaciones de almacén y logística en Goodyear, AZ.

Esta posición se enfoca principalmente en operar de manera segura equipos Cherry Picker / Order Picker de pie para recoger, mover, organizar y reabastecer inventario. El puesto también incluye actividades importantes de manejo de materiales en el almacén, incluyendo la carga y descarga de envíos y el movimiento de materiales dentro de las instalaciones.

El candidato ideal cuenta con experiencia práctica operando un Cherry Picker de pie, Order Picker o equipo industrial motorizado similar , y se siente cómodo trabajando a alturas elevadas y en un ambiente de almacén de ritmo rápido.

Responsabilidades

Operar equipos Cherry Picker / Order Picker de pie de manera segura y eficiente.
Recoger productos y materiales ubicados en posiciones elevadas del almacén.
Desplazarse por los pasillos del almacén mientras opera equipos motorizados.
Realizar actividades de almacenamiento, reabastecimiento, picking y preparación de inventario.
Cargar y descargar camiones, remolques y envíos entrantes/salientes.
Mover pallets, cajas y materiales dentro del almacén.
Colocar productos en áreas designadas para envío o almacenamiento.
Inspeccionar productos y materiales para detectar daños o discrepancias.
Apoyar en actividades de recepción, envíos y manejo general de materiales.
Mantener la ubicación correcta de los productos y la organización del inventario.
Seguir todos los procedimientos de operación de equipos y requisitos de seguridad del almacén.
Realizar inspecciones del equipo antes de cada turno y reportar cualquier problema.
Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura.
Realizar otras tareas de almacén y manejo de materiales según sea necesario.

Requisitos

Se requiere preferiblemente experiencia previa operando Cherry Picker / Order Picker de pie.
Experiencia operando montacargas de pie, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck o equipos industriales motorizados similares .
Comodidad trabajando y operando equipos a alturas elevadas.
Capacidad para maniobrar equipos de manera segura en pasillos estrechos del almacén.
Capacidad para levantar y mover materiales según sea necesario.
Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, inclinarse, alcanzar y subir durante el turno.
Comodidad realizando actividades frecuentes de carga, descarga, picking y movimiento de materiales.
Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de almacén/logística de ritmo rápido.
Alta atención a la seguridad y capacidad para seguir procedimientos operativos.
Asistencia confiable y puntualidad.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo.

Requisitos Físicos

Este es un puesto físicamente activo dentro de un almacén. Los candidatos deben poder permanecer de pie y caminar durante períodos prolongados , agacharse, alcanzar, empujar, halar y levantar materiales repetidamente, mientras operan de manera segura equipos industriales motorizados.

Los candidatos deben sentirse cómodos trabajando a alturas elevadas mientras operan un Cherry Picker / Order Picker de pie .
