Wound Nurse (RN) - Providence, RI We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wound Nurse and Infection Preventionist (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. About the Role As a Wound Nurse, you will be responsible for providing wound care services to patients with acute and chronic wounds. Your expertise will enable you to measure, track, and trend wounds, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. You will also work closely with our pharmacy and medical director to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
